The Inclusion Cards

Mirrors of Self-awareness

Windows of curiosity and flexible thinking

Doors to open and walkthrough

This deck of cards is to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes to navigate the differences and similarities in our world, including colleagues, clients, and communities.

Mirrors, windows, and doors are metaphors for self-reflection, openness, and positive interaction with others.

Examples include a mirror as a reflection of one’s own group, using windows to observe other groups, and opening doors to engage in intercultural dialogue.

Each card is a story. The thought-provoking images, questions, and answers explore self-awareness, curiosity/other awareness, and connection.

Inclusion cards can be used for icebreakers, pair/ triad discussions, role-play, assignments, coaching, or personal contemplation. Go to the website inclusioncards.com to find out more ways to incorporate these cards into your personal and professional toolkit.
